With 6,585 web searches generating 3,603 discrete keywords over the past 8 months of our updated website, we were curious to see how people search for aerospace and military spec cleaners, degreasers and solvents from NSN lists. We were pleased to see there were 126 unique searches for NSN, PD 680, MIL-PRF-680, 6850 (Federal Stock Code) and mil or military in the keyword or phrase. We have been diligent measuring and tracking the searches of our website so we can optimize along the way and make sure you get what you need with the fewest clicks of your mouse.

We have all experienced the frustration of knowing what you want or need but not knowing who can deliver that information without opening and closing several websites and/or web pages. We wanted to ‘translate’ the searches we found and offer the product name and how best to find the information within our website. We will continue to monitor and update our website and ask for your feedback on how to make future web searches easier and hassle-free.

In reviewing all 126 we spotted a few trends that we wanted to spotlight as we are highly motivated to out listen, follow-up and take action over our competition and earn your trust, respect and hopefully business. We are the only source for Electron in aerosol cans. This one of our first two flagship products (Positron is the other) that we developed in 1991 to replace class I ozone depleting solvents with a safer, non flammable cleaner, solvent and degreaser. There are numerous applications where Electron — in aerosol or bulk liquid packaging — can deliver safer and more effective cleaning in military and aerospace maintenance environments. Two other trends that are somewhat related include our products Electron 296 and New II. Both products are qualified to MIL-PRF-680B mil spec which replaced PD 680 when it was canceled on December 13, 1999. New II is qualified to MIL-PRF-680 Type II and Electron 296 is qualified to MIL-PRF-680 Type IV. We offer both products in all package sizes with current NSN’s and able to deliver in non-standard or custom packaging with low minimum quantities. We are among the first suppliers of MIL-PRF 680 Type II and IV and were the sole source contractor for much of 2000-2009, saving the US Government (and taxpayers) hundreds of thousands of $$$$ dollars. Presently the US Department of Defense elected to private their sourcing and contracts with a series of chemical management, integrated supply companies, including HAAS TCM, Henkel and SAIC. We continue to supply these materials directly and indirectly to all branches of the US Department of Defense and aerospace manufacturers including Boeing, Lockheed Martin and Pratt & Whitney.
