John Roudebush — President
With over 25 years experience in the specialty chemical industry, Mr. Roudebush serves as Ecolink's President. Mr. Roudebush provides oversight of Ecolink's sales personnel and strategy, product development and technical support.

John began his career in the janitorial chemical industry in 1976 as a product development chemist with Brulin & Company in Indianapolis. He later served as Brulin's Director of Research & Development for seven years.   In 1990, John joined LPS Laboratories, where he served as Director of R&D and later as President.   From 1999-2001, he was Vice President of Acquisitions for the Fluid Products Businesses of Illinois Tool Works, Inc.   Prior to joining Ecolink, John was General Manager for the Process Materials Group of ITW Texwipe.

John graduated from Butler University with an M.S. in Chemistry, and from Purdue University with a B.S. in Chemistry. He enjoys tennis, snow and water skiing, and reading a wide range of literature.   John can be reached at jroudebush@ecolink.com.


Brandon Pelissero — Director of Operations
As Director of Operations for Ecolink, Brandon is in charge of streamlining Ecolink's company-wide workflow processes and customer service operations.

Brandon came to Ecolink from Convergent Media Systems, Atlanta, where he managed large-scale satellite television networks for Fortune 500 companies. An account manager and business strategist with four years' experience in the telecommunications industry, he concentrated on implementing operational cost reduction programs.

Brandon graduated from Oglethorpe University with a B.B.A. degree in Business Administration & Economics and Emerson College with an M.A. in Mass Communications. He is a former executive board member for Georgia Conservancy's Generation Green, a steering committee member of ENFORM, a Business and Industry Forum on Environmental Sustainability and Profitability, and long time member of the American Society for Quality. Additionally, he has authored articles on chemical management for industry trade magazines and promotes environmental conservation to industry and K-12 schools. Don Beck — Account Manager, Military
Don directs the military department for Ecolink, in sales, research and product development. Over the past 8 years with Ecolink, Don has established Ecolink as a prime source for chemical procurement in all branches of the military, including international military operations. Don has been instrumental in the development of numerous cleaning compounds to meet the needs of the military for use on their various weapon systems.

Before joining the Ecolink team, Don spent over 10 years in medical sales. In the medical industry, Don stressed the need for perfectly designed products to meet the needs of surgeons as well as to teach surgeons how to use the products. Paul Effler — Account Manager, Industrial/Manufacturing
Paul Effler joins Ecolink with over six years experience working with Industrial Hazardous Waste Management.  He and his family relocated from California to Georgia in November of 2004.  Paul offers an extensive sales background of over 12 years of industrial sales experience and business development.   

Paul has had the unique opportunity to work with both sides of the industrial manufacturing process.  He has been equally committed to both large and small manufacturers in CA, helping to find new and innovative technologies to help minimize and reduce hazardous waste and the costs associated with proper disposal.  His dedication to his clients means a commitment to excellence, integrity and professionalism. 

Paul is supported by a Customer Service Representative who assists and supports him in his role with clients.  Open communication is the key to a successful smooth process.  These are the key strengths that will make the distinction to Ecolink Clients. Paul can be reached at peffler@ecolink.com.


Joe Schulman — Founder (retired)
Mr. Schulman founded Ecolink, Inc. in 1991 and served as Ecolink's Chairman until his retirement in 2006.

Joe Schulman started his career in the chemical industry in 1958 as a sales representative and soon after, regional sales manager with Selig Chemical Co. In 1966, Joe founded Sentry Chemical Co. For over 30 years, Mr. Schulman owned and operated Sentry until retiring in 1998.

Joe graduated from UCLA with a B.A. degree in Political Science. He enjoys traveling the world, studying Italian language & culture, and running road races. Joe also serves on the Board of Directors at the YMCA. Joe can be reached at jschulman@ecolink.com.
